The Librarian maintains the music library and issues music to members and collects it when no longer required for rehearsals and events. 

The Treasurer maintains the financial records of the choir. The post is also responsible for the collection of membership fees, issuing invoices, the payment of bills and the submission of the annual return to the Charities Commission.
