Damien Smith
Damien began to play the piano at the age of five and ever since has had a strong passion for music. His tastes are quite varied, with a particular fondness for jazz but at the same time liking all other styles including classical music. His singing voice began to mature during his mid to late teens and since then he has sung in stage shows, choirs, bands and other musical groups. He started playing the saxophone when he was sixteen and it has always played a key role in Damien’s repertoire.
Since completing his Degree (MA in Music Performance), Damien performs regularly as well as teaching and participating in musical workshops around the country.
